WHAT'S COVERED?

Staingard insurance protects you against sudden and unforeseen household accidents from the moment your furniture is delivered to your home. From scuffs and scratches to spills and tears. It is important to note that this insurance does not cover damages that have been sustained over a period of time, multiple stains, lack of care or general wear and tear. All claims must be made within 7 days of the incident occurring.

MAKING A CLAIM

Whether you are buying a fabric or leather sofa, the care plan offers covers you against accidental damage which impact the appearance of your furniture. Stain removal and repairs will be taken care of at no extra cost and there is no limit to the number of claims within the 5 years*.


Step 1:

To make a claim about accidental damage to your furniture, simply call Staingard on 01244888658 or register your claim through their website.

Step 3:

If the professional technician cannot repair your furniture upon their visit, Staingard will replace the damaged item at no extra cost to you.

Step 2:

Staingard will advise how to proceed, which usually includes sending a professional technician to your home to repair your furniture.
